Optional integration

Use QuickBooks if you want to.

VetBill works without QuickBooks. If your clinic uses QuickBooks Online, you can optionally connect and manually import open invoices — then use VetBill’s texts and pay links on those bills.

  • Connect QuickBooks Online — Sign in with Intuit once. VetBill stores your connection securely and keeps it active.
  • Import open invoices (manual) — Click import to copy unpaid QuickBooks bills into VetBill. Link Stripe first. Bills already imported are skipped.
  • Use VetBill on those bills — Imported invoices show under Invoices like any other bill. You schedule reminder texts and share the pay link — nothing sends automatically.
  • Paid on your VetBill link — When a client pays through your VetBill pay link, the invoice shows paid on your dashboard. We do not sync with QuickBooks payments.

Optional: connect under Integrations after sign-up. Import is manual. Link Stripe first for pay links on imported bills.
